What does the sock packaging process look like?
- As standard, socks are packed in a polypropylene rustling bag with a sticker. // from 50 pairs
- Optionally, we can personalise the sticker. // from 100 pairs
- There is nothing to stop us from packing the socks in a cardboard label fastened at the heel, with single or double-sided printing, or in a banderole covering one or more pairs, instead of a bag. // from 100 pairs
+ the dimensions of both the label and the banderole are optional, however, standard packaging adapted to the product can be found in the attachment // we produce non-standard packaging from 500 pairs - Packaging dedicated to multi-packs is made of corrugated cardboard and small ‘E’ flute. It allows for packing rolled socks without a label in sets of 3 pairs, or socks with a label in sets of 1 or 2 pairs. Data for classic socks. The packaging is made of brown cardboard, with the option of a sticker. // from 200 pairs.
- Furthermore, we pack socks in cardboard tubes and transparent tubes. It is possible to include a sticker. // from 250 pairs
- We can also pack socks in bags with a ribbon, tissue paper, in sushi packaging or in any other form of packaging that is delivered to us or that we are able to produce.
Socks for shipping are packed in collective cartons made of thick 5-layer cardboard. Thanks to this, they arrive in one piece – the goods are properly protected against external conditions. In addition, we use several proprietary packaging techniques, which increases safety during courier transport.
Your shipment is well protected
We take great care to ensure the completeness of deliveries. This is one of the few processes over which we have limited influence, so we try to eliminate any unforeseen situations. We use DPD and UPS couriers who deliver parcels on time and in 99% of cases without any problems.
We pack our socks in 5-layer, durable packaging with dividers. Depending on the size, we tape the cartons multiple times – as much as necessary to ensure the well-being and safety of your order. We try to use as little plastic as possible. In exceptional situations when the packaging is really heavy, we additionally use stretch film.
